Finally a product that is what it says it is. This a very well built container that will keep ice all day even when left in a closed up car. When I first received the product there was some issues but after emailing the company they were quick to fix the issue and right the wrong. Great price for I hate to say it but a very overbuilt tough product. Will be doing more business with them in the future.

Does the flask maintain the temperature of the beverage according to what was indicated – 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold?
Yes, it does. However, it’s a variable temperature depending on use and external weather. For example, if the weather is cold and you open the lid many times, your beverage will not remain as hot due to contact with the cold air. The opposite is true when you have ice cubes in your flask on a hot day.
Should I wash the flask by hand instead of using the dishwasher?
Yes, this product should be hand washed with warm water and a mild detergent, and let dry. Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals.
I have a problem with my Authentic Flask. What should I do?
First of all, our sincere apologies for that. The problem is not usual and very rarely happens because Authentic Flask has a strong quality process to ensure the bottles are free of imperfections. However, if you notice any abnormality in your bottle upon delivery, we recommend that you contact Amazon to report the problem and request a replacement. Even if you notice a malfunction after a short period of use, please write to us and let us know so that we can evaluate the situation and replace your product.
In which cases do I lose the product warranty?
Our quality guarantee does not cover misuse of product such as putting it in the dishwasher or microwave, or the use of bleach or any other harsh chemical when washing it. Furthermore, the warranty will not be valid for damage deliberately caused to test the product's resistance capacity, such as throwing, dropping, kicking, hitting, burning, running over or stepping on the bottle.
What kind of precautions should I take when using the bottle?
• Wash before initial use. • Do not put in dishwasher. • Do not place in microwave. • Do not place or store in freezer. • Do not overfill.
May I request a custom bottle?
At this moment it is not possible. We are working to create a new custom collection for you! But for now, you can personalize permanently the bottle by yourself.
I wrote on the flask with the permanent pen. Is it possible to erase what I wrote?
No, it's not possible to erase what you had wrote, because it is a permanent pen. So, we recommend think well what you want to write or draw, because it will last forever as a tattoo. And if you decide to keep as original, that is ok! :)
